I had some time left from my previous subscription (1 month), and I purchased this one as well because of the discount.
It is only a 3 day offer and the majority of people wont use it, so your no worse off than the average subscriber.

Hi everyone!
We’re sorry about the confusion! And thank you for letting us know! We had some technical difficulties on our end, so the coupons were not working! But now, they are working for Basic and Premium subscriptions (Premium Plus cannot be applied.. sorry!).

And everyone… you’ve got mail!

Hey,
Just tried to sign up again and get the two year deal with the new promotion and it said the code was invalid or expired. It should definitely not be expired as I just got the email with the promotion. Did anyone else have issues with this?

I just ordered a 24 month subscription that I thought would cost only $180 (the amount for a one-year sub.) but when I got done I saw that I was subscribed for only 6 months for $91.20. Something went wrong and I can’t tell what I did that made this happen. Unfortunately there was no opportunity to doublecheck the order before it was finalized. Please cancel my order and tell me how to take advantage of your offer of a 1-yr sub for $180 + a free year.

It would be really nice if you said 24% off 1 year account, since it is and is not totally free, right? I’m confused.
